To become a member of the Italian Forum Club and to receive information about all of our upcoming events we just need your Name, Email address, Phone number and SCA Member Number. A Membership Form is provided in the membership menu.The dues are $10 for each new member and renewing member.
Put your check in an envelope along with the above information and put the envelope in the Italian Forum Club mail box at the entrance to the Fitness Center in the Anthem Center. Since email is our primary means of communications it is important that you include this information.
Checks must be made payable in this EXACT form (no abbreviations) to
Sun City Anthem Community Association INC.
Please include “2019 membership” in the memo. Place the completed form and check(s) in the Italian Forum mailbox in Anthem Center.
There are some new members who did not give us their e-mail address or phone number. If you know of a new member who is not receiving their e-mails please tell them to e-mail the information to scaitalianforum@gmail.com.
