To become a member of the Italian Forum Club and to receive information about our upcoming events, etc., please complete the entire Membership Form. ( Member Name, Email address, Phone number and SCA Member Number.) The form is provided in the membership menu. Dues are $15 yearly for each new and renewing member.

Please include “2024 membership” in the memo. Place the completed form and check(s) in the Italian Forum mailbox in Anthem Center, opposite the front desk of the gym.
